A message from the President:

After a rewarding career in law enforcement, I received the opportunity to join the SafePro Security team. I first became familiar with this company through my law enforcement work and as a customer. Having responded to multiple alarm calls in my early law enforcement years, I was aware of the importance a “quality” security system. When it came time to install one in my own home I called SafePro, little did I know years later I would be at the helm of this innovative company.

SafePro is a unique company that is large enough to cover the state of Georgia, yet we are small enough to know most of our customers by name. We have the training and experience to handle large institutions like college campuses, banks and hospitals, but we are not so impersonal that we lose track of the backbone of our business….you – our customer.

SafePro is proud to be a GE Security Pro Dealer and GE Systems Integrator. This means we are just one of a few safety companies in Georgia approved for not only Residential and Commercial Security Systems, but high end video and access control and fire alarm systems. We are very proud to be a part of the GE Security Team.

Why SafePro?

Our customers are the lifeblood of our business. The majority of our sales are referrals from satisfied customers. SafePro does not employ telemarketers or sub contracted doorknockers. After all we should be protecting your privacy, not invading it.

We sell, install and maintenance our own systems. While we do offer an entry level “package” deal, we prefer to visit with each of our prospective customers and learn about their needs. With your input we will design a system that will fit your needs.

All of our technicians are highly trained and must achieve their NTS level one certification prior to working in the field. We do not sub out our installs or maintenance. Our monitoring station is UL listed and is located right here in Georgia. This means that your system is not calling California or worse…overseas. When you call us at the office you will get a human being that is concerned about you.

As an independent company we know the value of treating people fairly and with respect. We provide our customers with a level of service that is expected from a company that cares. Should you need service, one of our technicians will respond to take care of the issue and you will receive a follow-up call to make sure all of your concerns were resolved.

Should you invest in a system from us, you own it, there are no lease or rental fees. Our monitoring agreements start at $19.95 per month and reflect a fair price for the service provided, rather than a payment plan for your “free” system. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you. While we are not “free” we are “fair”.
